Rented a van and told to return it with full tank of gas: Total mileage driven was 3 (three) miles. Needed 3.95 gallons to fill the tank. Do the math. Requested an adjustment on bill: Clerk laughed it off and did nothing. Not impressed.

I've been to many U-Haul and I found the Owner /manager here to be super kind and helpful. Beyond the call of duty. Best service I have ever experienced at a U-Haul.

Everything was great!

Nothing. Very impressed. Total cost was a little high, but other than that everything was solid.

The guy was rude and the service was way overpriced! The truck indicated $19 a day. I had the truck less than 24hrs and somehow spent $78. Extremely unhappy with the overall experience.

The people at UHaul offer top of the line customer service. I had quite a few glitches with my move and had to change plans at least 3 times! But they were always pleasant and accommodating. I really appreciate that there's no need for a big deposit up front. I will choose them for any future need.

The van I rented I chose because of the dimensions of the inside, which were listed on the website. I was deciding between renting the van or a pickup truck. I ultimately rented the van because I thought it would be a more secure way to haul the bookshelf I had just purchased, and according to the dimensions listed on the website, it would fit. However, when I went to pickup the bookshelf, we could not get it into the van because the opening in the back is about 7-12 inches smaller than the inside dimensions. I wish that the opening dimensions would have been listed as well, or at least it would have been helpful if the website stated that the opening to the van is smaller than the van dimensions itself. I had to spend extra money to rent the pickup, which I would have rented to begin with if I would have known about the vans opening being smaller than the inside dimensions.

The Gas Tank should be Full when picked up. My gas tank was 1/4 full. I want to move my stuff as quickly as possible that stopping for gas before moving was an annoying detour.

The staff at this location is extremely condescending and rude. If you are going to treat your female clientele like they just learned how to drive, then maybe you shouldn't be in this business. I can walk to this location, but because of the way I was treated here, I will never be coming back.

Great experience!

Very very rude. The truck ordered was not there. I would never go back

no customer service. not friendly

Prior to picking up the vehicle I called Uhaul a couple of times to verify the safety of the truck since I was driving a long distance. I was told by one of the Uhaul reps at this location that Uhaul trucks are inspected for safety, so I don't need to worry. The truck was not safe at all! It was extremely difficult to accelerate more than 50 miles per hour without overheating. Air conditioner did not help since the overheating from the engine made the interior of the truck unbearably hot! I've never experienced anything like this. I've rented Uhaul trucks before and I've not encountered this overheating problem and acceleration problem. I am in doubt that the rep who told me the truck was safe to drive even verified whether the truck had been inspected. It seems the truck was just dropped off by another party -- there was a dirty shirt and soda cup left inside. The interior of the truck smelled very bad as if it had been drenched in sweat. Additionally, when I made a reservation for this truck I had requested 2 dozen blanket (padding). When I was checking out the truck, I was told "sorry, we are out of blankets." That was so unprofessional. I also asked about the insurance policy and the staff surely did not know much about it. I am really disappointed that Uhaul would let an unsafe truck to be driven by anyone. I felt I had to risk my life while driving long distance. You should get that truck checked out and don't let anyone drive it until it is proven safe. That should go for all Uhaul trucks!!! I rented Uhaul over other trucks thinking that it would be more reliable but I was wrong. I would tell others not to rent from Uhaul.
