The proprietor of U-Lock is very professional and efficient with both of his businesses. His employees are friendly and very helpful as well. Highly recommend u-lock for both storage and uhaul rental. UHaul’s trucks and the utility they provide is, as always, much appreciated. Great company, living in this country would be much more difficult without them.

Manager didn't know products, especially insurance. Failed to put rented equipment in truck before I left. Had to rent it elsewhere. Manager was a bit too familiar in his communication. I was told on the phone I could park my car here, but was informed I could not when I arrived. Altogether, the various issues costed me a couple of extra hours to resolve during an already tight moving day.

might be helpful to have a sign outside telling uhaul customers where to return the uhaul

the location is VERY difficult to locate and I was told upon leaving in morning that the van return time was 530pm when the location actually closes at 600pm

Rented a van and told to return it with full tank of gas: Total mileage driven was 3 (three) miles. Needed 3.95 gallons to fill the tank. Do the math. Requested an adjustment on bill: Clerk laughed it off and did nothing. Not impressed.

I've been to many U-Haul and I found the Owner /manager here to be super kind and helpful. Beyond the call of duty. Best service I have ever experienced at a U-Haul.

Nothing. Very impressed. Total cost was a little high, but other than that everything was solid.

The guy was rude and the service was way overpriced! The truck indicated $19 a day. I had the truck less than 24hrs and somehow spent $78. Extremely unhappy with the overall experience.

The people at UHaul offer top of the line customer service. I had quite a few glitches with my move and had to change plans at least 3 times! But they were always pleasant and accommodating. I really appreciate that there's no need for a big deposit up front. I will choose them for any future need.

The van I rented I chose because of the dimensions of the inside, which were listed on the website. I was deciding between renting the van or a pickup truck. I ultimately rented the van because I thought it would be a more secure way to haul the bookshelf I had just purchased, and according to the dimensions listed on the website, it would fit. However, when I went to pickup the bookshelf, we could not get it into the van because the opening in the back is about 7-12 inches smaller than the inside dimensions. I wish that the opening dimensions would have been listed as well, or at least it would have been helpful if the website stated that the opening to the van is smaller than the van dimensions itself. I had to spend extra money to rent the pickup, which I would have rented to begin with if I would have known about the vans opening being smaller than the inside dimensions.

The Gas Tank should be Full when picked up. My gas tank was 1/4 full. I want to move my stuff as quickly as possible that stopping for gas before moving was an annoying detour.
