John at this location was excellent I have major gripes w UHaul but that’s not on him. In fact, without him my experience would have been a total fail

I was charged for DOUBLE the miles I drove and for gas which I topped up ABOVE the amount that was given to me upon entering the vehicle. Terrible business. Ended up being charged 60 dollars more than our initial estimate.

LINDA LAt the pick up location they had me waiting for over an hour and a half after my appointment time! It was a very time sensitive situation and I had multiple people waiting on me to get the truck. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had with U-Haul. Apart from getting the truck an hour and a half late, the people didn’t really seem to care that I was running late.
