DORIS ROpen on time. Do not argue with clients when you show up to open your store (and for pick up appointment) 20 min late by saying "this is my business and I will run how I want"..... If I wasn't extremely pressed for time, I would have absolutely taken my business elsewhere. Also, the truck had a warning light on
