At the pick up location they had me waiting for over an hour and a half after my appointment time! It was a very time sensitive situation and I had multiple people waiting on me to get the truck. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had with U-Haul. Apart from getting the truck an hour and a half late, the people didn’t really seem to care that I was running late.

There were no clear directions on where to put the keys, the place was not open even though it was suggested as a drop off place for the day I rented the u haul.There was no one there, and it was a very confusing area.
