This location not open weekends does not have early or self pick up before 10 am only mon thru fri . This location did not let me know I could not move on Sunday as reserved online till a couple days before. Needing to make another reservation for another day causing myself a lot of stress! because I had to be out by Monday 12th. Very small envelope to get my move done.Making reservation for Monday pick up was very late in day, earliest time is for a pick up is10 am . When returning van.person not here, I waiting 15 minutes. I got here well before 5 pm closing. At 5 minutes before I was told gas level was not up to par. So I lost 20 minutes and only had 5 minutes to get gas. Trying to leave after the return my u haul van, my car was blocked by car from the auto repair shop and I was unable to leave until they moved there vehicle so I could leave. Extremely small parking for my car unable to get out of my car easily I am disabled and don't appreciate regulated to a junk yard type parking. Auto repair people extremely rude.. This location did not know how to help a customer load the trailer. As a result, Roadside assistance was called to help resolve; which they did. This whole situation created frustration and delayed start of my trip (LA to Denver). Very unprofessional, lazy and uncaring.
