DEBORAH JI rented the U-Haul 10’ truck at 101 ocean drive los fresnos for .89 cents a mile but then I got the bill at 1.09 mile. I called and asked and they told me “oh we change the prices on the weekend “ I said “ that wasn’t specified on the website” they said “yeah we charge more in the weekends” Secondly, the website allows you to rent from places that are not even open, advertised as open business and availability, and truck are not available.
Luis ATruck was dirty on the outside and fuel was below 3/4 tank, which makes it difficult to gauge the return level, costing me money in excess fuel
