Lori was so awesome to work with & very nice. My only suggestion is about the website (or the app) isn't accurate about what's available & when, which ends up making it frustrating for customers, but hard on the staff as well. The truck was clean & again Lori made it easy for us when it started out difficult. That's priceless in a high stress situation like moving
