I was charged several things on the invoice that I did not get. I was charge for mats and covers. I was charged for an appliance dolly and I was charged for two other styles of dollies that I did not receive. The key was not in the lockbox. I had to call the 1800 number. The store was supposed to open at 10 AM Eastern standard time. I was there at 10 AM. No one showed up till 10:20 AM Eastern standard time. When I went to return Truck, there was a lot of shady people screaming, and arguing in the parking lot. I will not rent from this place again and will not recommend it
