The vehicle was mostly clean, though I took pictures of the inside cup holders and seats. They were a rather dirty and I didn’t want to get charged for uncleanliness. Also, the pick up/drop off process is very time consuming and a bit difficult if someone didn’t understand tech well or have the app

BRUCE HIt's been several days since I returned my U-Haul and I still haven't got any of my money back since I didn't use the mileage that they charged me for when they guesstimated how many miles I would be using it for when I rented the truck.
