The guys who waited on me were good comedy relief that morning friendly and chipper. I pull trailers on the farm all the time but they did check to see if I knew how to drive pulling a trailer. Hence my comedy relief. By my truck and the multiple trailer hookups they knew. I highly recommend using this location.

I had a reservation for 24 hours- $29.00 for the rental. $8 for insurance. When I got there rental was $59 and insurance was $16. Even though I showed the agreement, Uhaul (not the individual store) computer would not allow the local owner to alter price.

The truck had 54,000 miles on it and was described as new. The check engine light was on and it ran rough. We went less than 40 miles and used 1/4 tank of gas. The truck was, however, clean.

I had already recieved this invoice and it has been paid in full at time of pickup. I was charged again due to error at the return location, which was reimbursed....thank you for that. But why am I recieving yet another invoice from this rental from 2 weeks ago? Makes me nervous I will yet be charged again somehow.....?

The trailer had two broken headlights, the trailer was also misaligned, and the uhaul truck was filthy on the inside and obviously hadn't been cleaned. This was made whole by the area manager though so thanks on him!

We are upset that UHAUL changed our pick up location without notification. We were initially set and got a confirmation to pick up our rental at the Cincinnati Dayton/Reading Rd location, when we got there to pick it up we were told they didn't have any trucks and that our reservation had been changed. Not only did we not get any kind of correspondence that the reservation had been changed we had to drive additional mileage to pick up and drop off our rental which incurred more of a fee due to added mileage. I am very unhappy with the customer service that UHAUL provided and will not recommend using them again.

The employee was very polite and helpful. His computer was not working well. He had to call technical support twice and was not able to print the paperwork out. I hope someone helps him get the computer and software needed to do the job needed to do well. The employee was did a great job answering my questions and provided great information needed.
