How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was very dirty. And smelled really bad and was completely empty and I did not know if I would make it to the gas station but when I went to go tell the lady she was gone even thought they were open till 6 but I was charged 40$ for gas due to the paper saying one thing and the truck and app checking me in with it empty
Chelsea CStaff was very friendly and helpful. They did a great job and the equipment I used was in very good condition, good tires and fasteners. I have used this U-Haul for many years and will continue to do so.
