Probably a great company, but the uhaul experience was garbage all around.
Ben PWhen dropping off when facility is closed a faster process to the return when waiting for over 30 minutes for a code to drop in the key drop box.
Juanita AI dropped the truck just after hours one day early, so I can't comment on the staff. But that was plenty of room to park the truck and the Dropbox for the keys was easy to find. I replied yes on those items even though I never met anyone on the staff because I had to choose something.
JULIE VTruck was dirty with used masks. Not sanitary.
