TROY WTHIS RATING IS FOR THE LUCASVILLE KASH STOP - LUCASVILLE OH LOCATION ONLY!!! I scheduled a rental of a 15' box truck from the Auto Stylz location in Portsmouth Ohio on 25 Sept 2025.It was CLEARLY a ONE WAY from Portsmouth Ohio to Killeen Texas. U-Haul contacted to pick up the truck at the Lucasville OH location (Lucasville Kash Stop). On Friday 26 Sept. I picked up the truck. The "owner" did not speak hardly any English. He pointed at the laptop and asked "this you"? a couple of times... until he got to my account and I said "yes...that's me"! He did this a couple of times throughout the process... handing me the laptop and pointing!??? He submitted the contract as a ONE DAY RETURN with 30 miles round trip. Again...this is a 1200 mile ONE WAY TRIP to Killeen Texas. I drove to Texas, unloaded the cargo and took the truck back to a local U-Haul...who notified me this was ALL WRONG!! The agent in Killeen Texas (Ashley) was super helpful and patient. She made several calls... starting at the Lucasville Ohio location. Again...he spoke almost no English. She told him the truck as supposed to be a ONE WAY and he need to RESUBMIT to documentation. He told her "I have trucks...I have big truck...I have small truck". She again tried to explain she wasn't trying to "rent a truck"... he needed to CORRECT the paperwork and resubmit it! He said he would transfer her to Customer Service and HUNG UP!?? The truck itself was clean... however the BRAKES NEED REPAIRED!! They are VERY SOFT!! I told Ashley about the brakes needing to be replaced. In my opinion...this person has NO BUSINESS operating ANY business in the United States... ESPECIALLY ONE DEALING IN LEGAL CONTRACTS!!!
