Was charged extra $20 for returning the tow trailer after hours? No one was at the office Went 5here 2 ti es and no I;e at the office and door close and I took pictures. When returned there no one was at office and went the day after also no one was at the office wishing normal business hours. Need $20 refund

The price is too high
Jason CMaybe tell them that not only are they paying mileage but have to replace gas used. While they were very friendly and accommodating - the one who knew what to do was not there the time I picked up and dropped off so the one throat was there was on the phone with him the while time.
