When I booked this rental, I was switched to this location because the first location “only booked”in town/return trucks-not “one-way” trucks. Thankfully the owner was there and was able to assist me with the outside lockbox and combination (not provided by U-haul or customer service)! The vehicle had undocumented damage to the passenger’s side of the truck, brakes were squealing, and the truck had front-end issues as it pulled to one side and had a lot of loose motion in the steering. I took pictures of the damage and noted it on the pickup. Again, if the owner of the pickup lot had not been there to assist me, I would NOT have been able to get the rental. To switch a rental and not notify the renter is simply bad business. No explanation, no directions, and absolutely zero customer service as I was on hold for 10 minutes with someone who was trying to contact the owner of the pickup place. The owner was GREAT but the whole process was a fiasco!!

The equipment was dirty and your online process was a disaster to retrieve the equipment. The owner was helpful and I don’t think it was his fault at all. However, I will never use Uhaul again.
JOEL LPassenger side rear tire was slack and had 2 screws in the tire. But UHaul dispatched a tire service that arrived within 20 minutes.

Linda PStraight up fraud going on here. They left truck in my name for 4 days in an unsecured lot and then had the audacity to tell the regional office that they didn’t have my truck when I handed the guy the keys myself. I went back and took a video of it sitting in their lot. If they aren’t trying to steal trucks then they are trying to get extra fees for a wrong drop off location. This location should be shut down
