The first truck I was given had the check engine light on, I was going on a 205 mile trip. The agent had no way of checking the codes. So they gave me the only other truck the had. It turned out that this truck the air conditioning did not work, I had movers scheduled and had to use the truck. It was a very miserable trip to say the least. Also the phone number for the pickup no one answered, only to find out the agent no longer existed. Poor service to say the least.
William RUhaul location information on the website was incorrect. Two locations listed were no longer were affiliated with Uhaul, and one was closed even though it was within the working hours listed. The location where drop off occurred had moved and was not reflected on the website. Once at the final site, service was good.
RICHARD MTrailer was there. Worked as expected. No issues.
CONRAD CDealer was really helpful and got me in and out really quick. Very professional and knowledgeable.
