Everything was seamless even when I had a little problem with the lockbox the virtual assistant was very helpful and guided me through the process of opening the lockbox I really enjoyed my experience with U-Haul thank you much.

THOMAS BTalking to a tv screen is cold and impersonal. Making me download the app to turn in truck or get "fined" $20 is bullshit. I felt like you really made me work so you could save s few labor dollars. Next time no uhaul midgard. Truck was junkie.
Jason YRenting in this location was a little complicated since a Wi-Fi connection is required to facilitate online pickup and delivery. I spent almost an hour trying to upload photos when returning the truck. Likewise, when I rented it, it was a challenge to upload the photos of my driver's license. That small detail of the Wi-Fi connection could greatly improve the experience.
Jose LUHaul truck was clean, easy to get to location however, the U-Haul app was long, hard to figure out, and with poor cell service I literally thought I wasn't going to be able to complete return. NO UHaul location should be able to exist without a person on sight to do checkout.
