JOHN FMy only complaint is I was charged $1.39 per mile and your website states $1.19 per mile. So I was overcharged $4.
STEVEN MIt was somewhat easy to pick up. Had some issues in the beginning, there is another location with the same name and on the same street. When I made the original reservation I told the representative the name and city of the store not knowing there was another 3.5 miles away. The representative gave a little push back when picking up the truck but eventually after several requests she finally changed it which only took about 5 min. The representatives were pretty friendly but when having to work a little harder it was not well received. Remind the representatives it is very stressful moving and any issues are not needed, thank you.
