The equipment was in bad shape. It was smoked in. The advanced Trax service light on The Hill Start service light came on Finally the last 2 hours of our trip the Check Engine light came on. I feared was going it was going to break down.

ERICA TThe virtual check in process was very frustrating because of the internet connection and the app was very difficult to use. Would rather have a person in office to help than a zoom call.
Michael CTruck pick up was horrible, asked for information of a person not on the contract that could verify it was you. Who picks up the phone if they dont know the number on a work day... Should have asked for that information when i booked the truck. The truck had shock or some kind of steering issue. At drop off the bar code would not scan so it said drop the key in the box. I called when I got home and the uhaul representative was drunk. Could hardly talk and was burping on the phone.
