Put insurance on when I had said not too. Suppose to be 15 dollars but rate increase to 20. Overall terrible experience and won’t be renting again.
Jason PI had to travel an extra 10 miles (20 back & forth) as the location did not have the moving blankets. I was told that reservation is guaranteed only for the truck and not the other stuff. How do you expect me to move furniture without pads? If you cannot guarantee the availability of the pads why didn’t you point that out to me during reservation?
