Sal aEven with the global and app outage the agent was able to process the return in a timely manner, slight inconvenience.
Carlos RThere wasn’t a live attendant. I was confused with the beginning process. Also, when I had to return the truck I couldn’t figure out how to do it and there wasn’t anyone to help in person or on the phone. The wait time on the phone was an hour. The app was not user friendly. It was really frustrating.
