The address of the pick up location is totally wrong. No one is there. The guy who runs the place is 5 miles from the location.

I reserved a cargo trailer at this location. I showed up and nobody was at the location. There were no signs instructing me how to pick up my trailer. So I called the Uhaul 800 number. At first, the agent told me I could not pick up at this location. What?? I insisted and finally the agent was able to magically release a trailer to me over the phone. This pick up experience was poor. The drop off experience was also poor. I returned the trailer on time the next day. Once again I called the 800 Uhaul number. The agent on the phone had me park the trailer where I found it and told me my return was successful. But 2 days later, I received an email telling me that the trailer had not been returned. So I had to call Uhaul again to follow up and get this cleared up. This was a very poor experience. I will never rent from this location again and I will not recommend this location to anyone.
