Although Uhaul is a company with many years in the market, it has a lot to improve in customer service , train their employees and authorized personnel. Also the trucks are very deteriorated.

I made a reservation for 9:30am. The store wasn’t supposed to open till 10, so I guess I was supposed to do a mobile pick up. However, I had ordered blankets and a dolly at the last min. So, we arrived at 10 so we could speak to someone. No one was there till 10:20. The store owner/employee was helpful and got us on our way. But, once I was driving I got several phone calls from the same number. When I arrived at my destination I answered the next call. It was the NW Furniture person. He accused me of stealing his phone. I told him I didn’t have it. He said he was going to check his cameras and call the police because he had all my info. I told him to do that bc I didn’t steal his phone. He called me several more times telling to bring his phone back. He said he was calling the police. I feel very insulted as I doesn’t over $250 on the rental and then was treated like a criminal. Please contact me regarding this matter. I do not recommend this location. Thank you.
Diane FHad a terrible interaction with your representative over the phone, Jasmine. I was specifically told when I picked up the truck that if no one was available I could call the after hours check in phone number to avoid being charged a manual check in fee. Jasmine inferred that I was LYING and tried to charge me anyway, she clearly did not know what she was talking about and was imposing additional charges and being all around difficult. When I challenged her she lost control and HUNG UP on me. This is absolutely unacceptable. I filmed the check out process and the truck, I cleaned and filled up the tank before dropping it off, I recorded our AWFUL phone conversation, and I filmed the check in process. If there are any discrepancies I will be happy to dispute, and if you would like to listen to the phone call I had with Jasmine do not hesitate to reach out to me. I WILL IN THE FUTURE DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO MAKE SURE I AVOID UHAUL AT ALL COSTS.
ANDREW JDollys and blankets weren't in the truck, and nobody was at the facility to help, so after calling customer service I had to drive a couple miles to get what I had reserved. This took added time in the already busy packing day. There was no consideration offered from uhaul other than additional miles added to allow me to pick up what should have been provided originally.
HAL STruck was not staged at location as described in reservation confirmation received the night before pickup. Had to make 2 calls to find a truck a mere 1.5 miles away. And neither location was close to requested location so mileage was increased due to different location.
