nothing we ordered was provided.we desperately needed a dolly which they failed to provide. we moved an entire house of furniture with no dolly. site staff stood outside and watched us struggle to even open the truck as it was frozen shut and they had not even attempted to maintain the truck in the weather. and when we went to ask for help they conveniently disappeared with a closed sign, yet they were there and watched us struggle.

Shawn WNo one present. Basically exchanged mother's trailer to a stranger that was to be the next renter. No personnel on site which caused confusion as I was told that only they could unhook the trailer....
