I did the exact miles i stated with no extras and my bill came out to $70 more than estimated. There is no explanation and was just told call corporate. Very sympathetic that he didn’t understand why, but ultimately it didn’t change I was charged and don’t understand the charges

The online pickup is SO involved at the location, I'm supposed to "just get the keys" but this guy wants my license and all my order info, etc, etc. Same with drop off. It's ridiculous. Truck has trash in it, and a severe wind leak at the bend in the driver's door frame.

LINDA TThis location is a rip off. I re-filled the gas tank at their very own pumps and was still charged a fuel service fee and a fuel charge for 4 gallons. I personally swept out the back of the van and cleaned up garbage that was in the truck when I picked it up (which i documented with a picture in the Uhaul app before leaving), yet I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. This location is pure fraud, will never rent from again nor recommend.
PETER SService was great and the rep was very quick to get me out the door even though I got there before my appointment. Very friendly but professional.
