Calvin FThe whole process was a nightmare. After I paid for my reservation in advance and was told my truck would be ready to go, I arrived and the app said I now needed to call support to start my rental. Why did you take my reservation if you were not going to keep it? It was cold and freezing outside and the vehicle was in an open lot with no open business so I had to stand in the cold pouring rain while I waited on hold for hours for your customer service team to answer the stupid phones. When they finally did, it took them forever to get my rental started. You all should be ashamed of yourselves for providing such horrible experiences. You need to repent and ask forgiveness for your negligence and your inability to perform the duties you were obligated to. I would like my money back, please. Thank you for the refund.
