The truck smelled like cigarettes and wasn’t very clean BUT the customer service was good and that’s what matters more to me. This was my first time renting a U-Haul in over 15 years. Thank you for your patience and kindness!!

GREGORY SThe truck air condition was not well ring. The brakes having issues and it jerks while drying. Tye dash board was lit up with all the light indicators no service is needed. It was a horrible experience and once I realized the air wasn’t going to be working I was already gone and had to be at my destination on time. I have pics to show how the service lights were lit up.
