DANIEL RI rented for 24 hours picked up at 9am and returned at 3pm same day …fast forward to two days later I get a message that I didn’t return my equipment and it was going to be reported stolen because someone didn’t check in that I returned my rental
JOSEPH BI arrived to get truck at 7:30 the Uhaul app wasn't working and I couldn't get the key for the truck so I sat in the cold after being dropped off I froze for 2 hours until a nice helpful young man arrived and checked me in and I got my key and all went well from there. I will most likely return yet again seeing I have rented probably 10 or more Uhauls in my adult life, good job yall
