Make sure the employees at all U-Haul stores do not have tons of water on the floor so people don't slip and break their hip because I slipped and fall on the floor in the one in Parma and I hurt my hip he was mopping in the floor with soaking wet

Lynne GI’m pretty annoyed I was charged a cleaning fee when the truck did not get dirty at all. It’s very expensive just for a 10’ uhaul it’s absolutely ridiculous! Like moving isn’t already expensive
