We asked for a certain location for drop off. He said he would do that. My son picked up the truck and trailer and wasn't given any printed out receipt or instructions. When we were finished with the equipment, we found we had to drop it off at another location that was 25 miles out of our way. We were also told when we wanted to rent a 26' truck that there were none available in a 150 mile radius except Burley, ID. It was way out of our way. When we went to pick up an extra trailer as the 15' truck wasn't enough, 'there was a 26' truck in our little town that had just been brought back. Besides that, when we got to Idaho Falls, our destination, there were 26' trucks at every Uhaul dealer in town. What a pain! Worst e xperience I've had with uhaul!

I am doing this evaluation on Chris, the manager. My uhaul was not back on time and he bent over backwards to get me a truck here. Including going to a town 2 hours away and picking it up for me. Chris is amazing! He deserves all the credit for this one.
