Agent claimed he had an emergency and returned my call 20 minutes after my appointment time. I had to hook- up the trailer and sind him a photo, showing it hooked up. 5 and a half hours later he called me to let me know that the locking system was not engaged in the photo. Luckily I knew to lock it. The last two times I used UHAUL I have had the same issue( no body at the pickup location). Frustrating to say the least.

Glass in the back of the van. The contract stated that there was 3/4 of a tank when there was slightly over half. Owner was not on premises when we showed up late to our reservation, even though it was during posted business hours. Spoke to us over doorbell speaker for a while, then asked us to call him. Friendly and helpful once we got him on the phone.
Ashlee HBeen renting UHAUL‘s for years CUSTOMER SERVICE is number one newer truck starting to come into the fleet, which is great to see the only thing I ask is my truck was only a quarter of a tank full. Be nice to have a full tank of gas next time I rent in my opinion number one truck rental company in the US.
TIMOTHY SFire these people and change location. I arrived on time but the owners weren’t there. When they finally arrived, they couldn’t find my reservation. Then they said the truck had been given away the day before and completed a new reservation for me. I was given a newer truck but it had 14 miles left til empty on the tank, wasn’t swept out nor was the cab area cleaned out. I took a picture of the mileage warning with my phone to show the people at the drop off location.
