The woman I spoke to was very polite and available with anything I needed.
chelsea pWhen I showed up no one was on site and had to wait for guy to get there when he was there he was unsure of what he needed to do and continued to call uhaul customer representative to get the rental activated he did not have the equipment that I requested had no furniture pads and did not have any of the furniture dolly’s he was unprofessional when speaking with him and the store manager needs more training how to operate as a uhaul location

Whitney LThere was no staff as I dropped it off after hours, the location listed is not where that address is. There is a P&G paint and it is just an empty parking lot with a U-Haul drop box.
