Coordinate pickup time with the location because my pickup time was scheduled for 0800 and they weren’t open to get the keys. Also, the rental had someone else’s furniture inside.

Terrific service, very nice and professional
Matthew FI received an invoice for almost $800. On this invoice it stated that I had driven the vehicle some 500 miles. I only drove it 29 miles and put more fuel in tank than what was in there when I picked it up. I don't know if this is a common occurrence. I just know it jumped all over me when I saw the bill. I hope now it's worked out and I'm charged what I'm supposed to be charged.

Brittany LThe only complaint I have with my experience was I originally ordered it from one site and was relocated without my knowledge. I could not get anyone on the phone at the new location and was told to call customer service. The First Lady i spoke to was kind of rude. But i had to call back several times jury to confirm my information. Just got them to not have it in their system.
