Waited two hours before getting permission to just take the trailer. Nobody was at the location to assist with the rental. After several phone calls to UHaul, I was finally told an area manager would show up to assist me. He never showed, but he did give me permission to take the trailer. This was my second experience with this location. Both times I had to wait and/or take the trailer without assistance. I even had reservations for both rental dates.

I got to my location to move and there was no ramp. The whole reason I got a husk was for a ramp, I’m pregnant. So it was a terribly inconvenient experience. I had to walk through weeds to get to the truck. It just wasn’t ideal at all
