I’ve never have had a great experience with Uhaul. They screwed up a hitch install in Poplar Bluff, MO and they never seem to have the trailer or truck I need at a local location and must drive more than an hour away to retrieve what I requested. Even though reservation was made with a date and time, it always changes last minute.

GLENN NA letter has been sent describing my experience. There was broken glass in the truck that I had to clean before I could load my own boxes. I did not have a good pickup experience.
