I needed to extend my rental by one day, the representative was kind and advised there would be no additional charges but when I returned it yesterday I was charged $40 for the additional day as well as $8.08 for going over the mileage allowance, even tho I was told to return it to a closer location by U-Haul. The truck was driven 41 miles total, are there no miles provided for on a 8 day rental??
