Staff were very friendly and kind and made the process very easy. Only negative was not being told the time the truck had to be back in Augusta; we were under the impression we had all day Saturday not 24 hours from the time we picked it up.

MICHAEL CJust don't understand how we were charged for extra mileage when we picked up the truck and were told the odometer was broken. So how did they know we went over? Did they think we went joy riding in a 26' truck that could barely go over 30 on the highway??
