TIMOTHY MThe pickup location place was fine, the workers were very friendly, but the U-Haul itself was covered in snow, it wouldn’t start. Luckily, the owner of the location came and jumped it, but every time we stopped the U-Haul it would die. Location itself was a very easy process.

ROBERT PThe ladies were polite and professional. They did ask about the condition of the truck and fuel. I presented then with photos of cleanliness and fuel. And my receipt of refueling They apologized for the condition of the truck and the in accurate fuel note.. I think the 24/7 drop off locations are good. But most need to do better.
