Trailer was honestly beat up. Door wouldn’t open or close easily. Trailer seemed to have a wheel or axle bent as soon as up to speed felt it vibrate badly. Even with weight in it, didn’t fully settle it down. If wasn’t in rush, trailer would’ve been returned.

The 2 ladies working there are very friendly and their shop had a little bit of everything. Nice place!
TODD MThe only complaint I would bring up is the mechanical device on the car hauler was rusted and hard to ratchet. I was able to make it work and after unloading my wife’s car at home I sprayed it down with PB blaster so it should be fine for the next person. Things like this could be a big problem with anyone that’s not familiar with such devices. Maybe add check for binder or rusted ratchet on the check list for drop off/ pickup locations.
