bryan mI rated the location as excellent. However, the check-in process before office hours was a little bit of a nightmare. I don't think this is the local vendor's issue. My concern is from the electronic check-in process. I had uploaded my license the night before in the Uhaul ap. During check-in, I was asked 2 more times for that same information. This is concerning! Also, I was completely unaware of your requirements for confirming my identify with other people. Luckily, some of our staff were available - but I would have been in a pickle if they'd all been working in the field (and unavailable). Had I known any of this in advance, I would have planned properly. Please fix that process!
