Explain the full rental process to people. Let them know That prepaid cards require a $100 deposit. Inform customers that the hundred dollar deposit still require them to replace the fuel whether they go over the mileage or not. I went expecting to only come out of pocket $202 and ended up coming out of pocket nearly 300 dollars. I am very upset because all of this should have fully been explained to me during the rental process.
