Frank RI called Customer Service on 5/20/25 after picking up U-Haul and when returning the truck all the notes were in the computer. It was a horrible experience and I have used U-Haul several times. I was told that someone from Management would call me after returning it on 5/23/25, but haven't heard from anyone. I could list all the issues, but there are so many and the notes are there. My number is 765-480-7085.
