Michael PWe did not like your “automatic “ check out and check in. The questions, the photographs….i understand WHY you need this information, but would have been nice to have a HUMAN involved.
andra HLocation is remote extra far from home and has limited cell service. App failed during return only after you over charged me for mileage. Luckily a staff member assisted me. Spent 15 minutes on hold only to be disconnected and had no call back. Stephan was not efficient and or helpful. You guys changed all of my locations and created this problem . Not the first time shame on you
BRADLEY PIt wasn’t just the location but also the app… I tried to get a truck and it took forever to load on the app. I also took pictures and recorded the gas was below what they said it was. I filled the tank up to what it was when I got the truck and I still got charged $25 for gas… also the truck smelt like smoke
