Loved working with Kari. The 5 stars are for her. As for your booking system.... its shit. You double booked me, and the booking was made 6 DAYS PRIOR! WHERE IS YOUR COMMUNICATION WITH YOUR LOCAL REPRESENTATIVE?????. And not only that the lady who was on the phone with me was extremely effing rude and unwilling to work with me. Telling me I had to drive 3 hours for another truck after? Give me a break. If it weren't for Kari and the way she does business and take care of her customers, I would never rent from uhaul again. You have a good representative in Kari. I suggest you dont lose her.
