The location office was littered with trash. No restroom available. Parking lot was unmaintained ( uneven, mud ouddles everywhere) There was a dog on the premise that was trying to climb on me as well.

Trailers need to be equipped with a tongue jack as they are very heavy to lift on and off the truck trailer hitch.

DCHEARS MThey need to tell the customers up front that their is a $100 down deposit instead of waiting until the next day. They did this to me and my spouse. We didn't even have enough money to fill the u haul back up. We were only allowed to fill it up halfway. The u haul company got smart with us in martin Tn because we didn't have enough funds. If the company from malvern would have told us about the $100 down deposit we could have moved our money a little differently.
