The man was grumpy,and not happy that we were dropping the trailer off there. He said he had no room to put it and it was going to snow. Weather app did not show any snow expected for the foreseeable future. He was not helpful at all. He said they didn't do any paperwork and we would have to take pictures of the trailer and send them to U-Haul.

Truck still had trash and used coffee cups in it . There was a more than a foot of snow and ice that the employee only cleared partially I had to remove the rest of it myself while stepping through a few feet of snow the truck was buried in with no clear path. I “checked in “ online but had to go through all of the bs processes again at the location . Instead of just checking my I’d I had to resubmit my license photos through the website . Then I had to do all of the employee check out vehicle processes, myself, recording mileage Uploading photos etc then the app/website would get stuck during photo upload and never complet . Why is this a self service self checkout . Why am I paying to do all of the work myself
RYAN WGet training on what size hitch to use. I had a couple sizes. They should have corrected me and recommended the one that levels the trailer. I was educated later by someone else since my trailer was not level and too high on the front
