No one ever showed up. Zero assistance. Not sure if anyone was even there. Trailer was left outside of car impound lot. Anyone could have taken it and never returned. Overall poor spot. I'd drive the extra 3mi to a better location and people. ZERO STARS.

This place seems like a car impound. The person working there has attitude problems. He gives very bad comments and is rude. He might be a good worker, but should not be a customer service person. The place is also just a drop-off kind of place without any real UHaul facilities. So, you should improve this place to be a better customer service place, with a UHaul office, etc., or at the minimum have a better and helpful customer service there.
ABDUL BI scheduled an in person pick up at the counter for 9.00 but nobody was there. Waited until 9.30 and nobody showed and no way to get in contact with them. Absolutely would not rent from them again
