Erica has the worst attitude, first we got a truck w tire damage and she tried to tell me i was responsible even though i had the insurance once that was resolved she gave us the wrong truck number , charged me for that truck then realizing her mistake checked in the truck that we were supposed to take and charged me again. There is an older lady there that i made all my prior arrangements w she is very friendly and knowledgeable but Erica s dumb as dirt and has no business being there by herself. That was her excuse for all the errors she made” she was by herself and it was busy”

john wPersonal service provided was much much better than the app service the week prior. The app version is slow, cantankerous and kept timing out. and the time was restrictive. Personal service provider at this Florida street location was worlds better. Quick, efficient, friendly, accurate, timely and customer service oriented. I have already recommended to several friends !! 5 star!
