Excellent and efficient.
xuebin QI had trouble with the app and the key lock box was extremely difficult to open. I kept getting kicked out of the app (human error I am sure) but it was confusing at times, but whatever you do do not hit the "done" button. The lock on the key box was tough to open. I could not get assistance from the online person, as I got kicked out of the app, and all I could do was start the return process. Finally after about 15 minutes of trying (while on hold for assistance) I got it to open. Maybe WD40 may have helped.
Angelle EDid not receive the blankets that we reserved. Key pickup box incorrectly described as being attached to a fence. Was actually attached to the building.
Cori CEverything was quick and easy. The Uhaul staff member was courtesy, pleasant and efficient. I've rented from this location before and will continue to in the future.
