Location for pick up was changed, understandable. We were sent to the “wrong” location for pick up, then back to another location, then back the the first one. We are unable to use the app to pick up. Someone had to come to help. Then the price was different than we were quoted. Then we were finally about to leave after over an hour of confusion and, as my husband was pulling out, was flagged down because t was the wrong truck he was given. All of this while people we were paying hourly waited an hour and a half to get our stuff loaded. Never again. However, our drop off experience was effortless and took 10 minutes.

FELICIA MThe customer should be aware that ABC Mini Storage only handles the paperwork. You then have to drive to another location to pick up your rental. Also, I filled out all the paperwork on-line. I later made a vehicle change to my order. This did not go through to ABC rental. It caused some confusion and delay.
