I had an outstanding experience with this U-Haul location on Cele (at the truck parking yard) and truly can’t thank the owners enough for their kindness and professionalism. From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out to me was their integrity and genuine care for their customers. I accidentally left my wallet behind, and they went above and beyond to make sure I got it back safely. They even stayed and waited for me, despite having other obligations, just to ensure it was returned to me. That level of customer service is rare and deeply appreciated. I’m extremely grateful for their help and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and trustworthy people. Truly a 5-star experience!

RANDY BI needed this truck last minute. Everything was exactly like the instructions said, truck was clean and really easy to pick up. Hopefully I won’t need another box truck soon but if I do I’d call them again
Michaell PI reserved a U-Haul at a specific location because it was close and convenient. The day before pickup, I was called and asked to change locations to one farther away because that location “needed traffic.” I was told I would receive a $20 credit for the inconvenience. What I was not told is that the new location was a storage yard with no office or on-site staff. When I attempted to check in online, the truck number provided was incorrect, and the dollies I had reserved were not in the truck. Since there was no office to walk into, I had to call customer service. Customer service initially offered a refund for the dollies, but that wasn’t helpful—I needed the dollies to move heavy furniture. After going back and forth, the representative contacted the renter of the truck. She eventually called me, and after about 30 minutes, I was finally able to access the correct U-Haul. During the call, she mentioned she was on her way to her child’s spelling bee, which made the situation feel as though I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer dealing with a serious issue. To top it off, I never received the promised $20 credit. Moving is already stressful, and renting a U-Haul should make the process easier—not more complicated. Unfortunately, this experience added unnecessary frustration at every step.
