When I ran into an issue accessing my rental, they immediately stepped in and offered to go above and beyond to make it right. That kind of genuine care is rare. For future renters, I would recommend choosing Mobile Pickup and you should have no issues. My truck was ready to go and already pre loaded with the dolly and blankets I ordered, which made the whole process even smoother. They are truly kind, down to earth people who clearly take pride in running a family owned business. I was initially a little hesitant because the location is more rural compared to the big box U Haul spots, but after this experience, I would absolutely choose this one again. It is reassuring knowing you are working directly with owners who actually care about their customers and their reputation. This place really puts the neighborhood in U Haul Neighborhood Dealer. Five stars from me, and I would not hesitate to rent here again.
