back of truck dirty when I picked up had to sweep before putting my stuff in it upon return pulled up to front of store went in woman would not come out and made me park to back of parking lot then walked back in freezing cold to show pictures of dash I am 67 year old veteran with bad hip they had no respect

U-Haul called and asked me to pick up an open trailer from another location in Long Island and drop it off at my drop off location in NJ. They offered me a $100 discount to take the open trailer with me. However, when I got to the second Long Island location, there was no trailer at the location. I asked for some or the $100 to be refunded because I wasted my time traveling to the second Long Island location. I called to file a complaint on 10/22 and have not heard back from U-Haul yet.
