Vehicle smelled of smoke

CHARLES Jback of truck dirty when I picked up had to sweep before putting my stuff in it upon return pulled up to front of store went in woman would not come out and made me park to back of parking lot then walked back in freezing cold to show pictures of dash I am 67 year old veteran with bad hip they had no respect
